The participation of DSWD- AVRC III Rehabilitation Sheltered Workshop during the celebration of Zamboanga Exposition last year, paved its way to be noticed by the local media outfit on its product quality and the people behind the production.

E-Media production along with its local TV program E- Negosyo, featured the said workshop to showcase the craftsmanship and creativity of Persons with Disabilities (PWD). City councilor Hon. Benjamin “BG” Guingona IV Chairperson for Committee on Ways and Means and Trade, Investment and Industry of the local government unit along with his co-host Mr. Belsie Agustin conducted the segment shooting at the said center.

Councilor Guingona said, that he was very impressed with the determination of PWD workers, “Hats off to the workers for such great work, their determination to be sustainable in life is quite commendable despite their physical condition.” Guingona added.

The show hosts encouraged the general public to imitate the courage and determination of PWD workers in striving hard to pursue in life.

The hosts also shared that the quality of products produced by the PWD workers were very promising. From the styles and the details of sewing,  truly it can be a competitive enterprise in the local market.

The show airs weekly on local channel 37 every Mondays at 4:00 PM and replays every Saturdays ay 10:00 AM.
