The Department of Social Welfare and Development, through its Regional Juvenile Justice for the Welfare and of the Children continues to partner with other agencies to ensure that Children in Conflict with Law and Children at Risk are protected.
Yesterday, April 7, 2016, together with City Social Welfare and Development Office, Department of Justice, Public Attorney’s Office, Commission on Human Rights, Department of Health, Department of Education, National Youth Commission and Philippine National Police, the department had its second Bi-monthly Meeting in Zamboanga City to discuss the issues pertaining to CICL and CAR and as well as to present the Guidelines on establishing Bahay Pag-Asa, to include crafting resolution for said endeavor.
