The Department seeks the cooperation of the public to report any improper activity or misdoings that involve the program beneficiaries of the country’s conditional cash transfer program, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4Ps.

Through the program’s online grievance redress mechanism called the 4Ps TRACKS, the public may submit reports of misbehaviour of 4Ps beneficiaries such as pawning of cash cards, gambling, vices, abuse, including ineligibility to the program, among others.

4Ps TRACKS is an acronym for Tanong, Reklamo, Aksyon, Comment, Kasagutan, Sumbong which encapsulates the essence and core mandate of the program’s Grievance Redress System (GRS). It was launched during the last quarter of the previous year in response to the alarming cases of cash card pawning among beneficiaries.

DSWD Regional Director Atty. Sittie Raifah M. Pamaloy Hassan emphasized the importance of the public’s involvement in reporting cases of misdemeanour among 4Ps beneficiaries.

“Reporting through the 4Ps TRACKS would be very helpful as it would help us in our validation of the reported cases so we can provide appropriate actions,” Atty. Hassan said.

The public may be able to send their reports by filling out the form as provided in this link: bitly.com/4Ps_TRACKS

4Ps is the government’s major poverty alleviation program that invests in health, nutrition, and education of the poor eligible households. Among the program conditionalities include enrolment and attendance of children aged 4-18 in school; deworming of at least twice a year for children aged 6-14; pre and post-natal check-ups for women; preventive check-ups to children aged 5 and below and attendance to monthly Family Development Session.

Currently, the program is being implemented nationwide covering more than 4.3 million households of which 275,705 are active households in Region IX.
